XELA Robotics continues to lead in tactile sensor innovation, developing hardware that enables robotic systems to perceive pressure, texture, and motion. As the company expanded internationally, its brand, messaging, and structure needed to evolve with it — balancing credibility with approachability, and detail with scale.

Our role spans identity development, strategic positioning, visual design, content, and communication. We operate as an internal partner — handling day-to-day execution alongside long-term brand architecture. This includes messaging, campaign material, presentations, and visual systems. The engagement is ongoing and responsive, built to scale with the business.

The challenges

The challenge has always been complexity — not just in the technology itself, but in the diverse contexts where it lives. XELA works across engineering, research, and product — each with its own demands. The brand needs to remain legible and credible across all three. Our task has been to keep the brand cohesive without making it rigid, layered enough to scale, and clear enough to act.

The Solutions

The identity has been refined to reflect precision and technical nuance.
